Ahhhh... Now THAT was a restful vacation.

Cool weather, a friend up in that area, and lots of video gaming. My one complaint was the humidity made it hard for me to sleep.

Ah well, I'm home now, the weather here is cooling down. I think I'm gonna toss a pizza in the oven in veg out for a bit. It's good to be home.

where abouts did you go on your vacation?

I find there are generally two typs of vacations, the ones that are completely relaxing, and the ones that you feel like you need a vacation from the vacation by the time that you're done.

I went up to Portland Oregon. Mom had a conference up there and I have a couple friends in the area.

This was definitely in the former category, aside from the sleeplessness. It took so much stress off.

I'venever been to Oregon to know what the weather tends to be there. But I know NewEngland tends to have humidity from hell, thankfully which has been fairly scarce this year, and I'm not complaining

It was around 80 degrees, and 30 to 50 percent humidity. Not really bad, just a lot more moist than I'm used to.
